We believe that a strong therapeutic fit is crucial for effective therapy. That's why we offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation before your first session. This brief meeting gives you the opportunity to share your concerns and ask any questions you may have before starting therapy.
After the consultation, the fee for a 60-minute therapy session is $150. This covers not only the time spent in our sessions but also additional work outside of them, such as preparation, documentation, and developing your treatment plan. Sliding scale rates are available for those who may require financial assistance, and clients are encouraged to ask about availability. Payment is due at the end of each session, and a receipt will be emailed to you upon payment. This receipt can be used for insurance reimbursement purposes. Payments can be made via e-transfer to: info.gatewaycounselling@gmail.com.

However, coverage may vary based on the specific terms of your policy. It's recommended that clients reach out to their insurance provider directly to verify coverage details and to inquire about any required documentation or pre-approval steps.
